Who sings that song I heard?
Most often, we’ll identify the titles and artists of songs. If you miss that, make a note of the time you heard the song and give us a call at 1-800-924-1027 as soon as possible; if it’s the same day, we’ll be able to review the music playlist. (It also helps if you can recite some of the lyrics -- or even sing a few bars!)

Why do you play certain songs and artists more frequently than others?
Like most radio stations, Majic 102.7 conducts regular research on our audience’s musical tastes. Those songs and artists which the majority of the audience likes the most, you’ll hear more often on Majic 102.7. We’re always open to your suggestions; feel free to e-mail comments and questions to our Assit. Program Director / Music Director Mindy Lang.

How long does it take to get a winner for your contests?
We start taking calls on our studio lines (1-800-924-1027) once the contest begins, and start answering calls received in order from number one through number nine (or other # as determined by the on-air personality.) Generally, we get the winning caller within a minute after the contest starts.

What’s the phone number in that commercial I heard?
Make a note of the time you heard the commercial and give us a call at 1-800-924-1027 as soon as possible; if it’s the same day, we’ll be able to review the program log and listen back to the commercial over the phone. If you call us a few days later, it might be a little tougher to figure out what commercial you heard -- but we’ll do our best!

I heard an announcement about a community event; can you tell me more?
Make a note of the time you heard the announcement and give us a call at 1-800-924-1027 as soon as possible. We keep a list of all community service announcements we’ve broadcast over the preceding few weeks.

How can I get my non-profit organization’s announcement on Majic 102.7?
Most of the community service announcements you hear on Majic 102.7 deal with children’s and family issues, as part of our The Majic Childrens Fund. Please send complete information (including a contact phone number) at least two weeks in advance of your event to Connie Estopinan-Collova, Majic 102.7, 20450 N.W. Second Ave., Miami, FL 33169-2505.
